Preparation - Download Free trial, install it on a non-data-loss drive. If it was a usb drive or memory card, use a card reader to connect it on Windows running PC as external

STEP 1 - Launch the program and you would see there are four recovery options provided for you to start different data resuce. Select one to search. You can try any one or all of them to restore files

STEP 2 - Select media to start searching lost files on the media

STEP 3 - Wait while it scans lost files
