Please tell me how to recover files from 32GB SD card when it is showing empty?"
"System recognizes my SD card for Samsung Galaxy S2 as a RAW drive when I connect the card to my laptop. SD card shows 0 byte space though it contains more than 10GB data. How can I resolve the problem?"
One of the most terrible problems on SD card is that the card shows empty though it contains a lot of data. As a matter of fact, all files are still stored on the SD card but you need to use data recovery software to recover them. iCare Data Recovery Pro is such a data recovery tool for memory card, with which you can restore different types of files from SD card for Samsung Galaxy S, S2/S3/S4/S5 and other mobile phone. The software supports SD card from 128MB to 128GB. Now, you can follow the steps below to recover deleted files from SD card for phone galaxy s2 when it shows blank:
Step1. Run the software and choose a recovery module.
Step2. Choose SD card and let the software scan it for lost files.
Step3. Preview the found pictures and recover the files you need.
1. SD card has unsupported file system
Usually, an SD card has FAT32 file system. However, sometimes, SD card would turn to RAW file system. Samsung Galaxy or PC usually cannot recognize it normally when an SD card has RAW file system. In this situation, you can format SD card to fix the problem.
2. SD card has bad sectors
If SD card has lots of bad sectors, it might become unreadable or shows blank space. In this situation, you can connect the SD card to your computer and rely on Error-checking tool to fix the problem. If you have important data on the card, it is necessary to use the software for SD card recovery first of all before fixing any error.
Probably, an SD card would show blank due to many other reasons, you cannot perform Samsung Galaxy data recovery on your phone. You have to connect it to a Windows computer for data recovery because iCare Data Recovery is compatible with Windows OS for SD card recovery.
